I am a New York, New Jersey and West Virginia State Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have over 15 years experience working with mental health and substance use disorders. My other specialty areas include crisis intervention, behavioral health, hospice/end-of-life care, depression/anxiety and domestic violence.

My style has always been to meet my clients where they are as I am a believer of the Harm Reduction model as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused and Mindfulness approach. I give a calm, pleasant, safe space for my clients to express how they feel without judgement. Our lives are a work in progress and we deserve to take our own personal inventory to reflect within and take stock of what makes us who we are. Therapy can be a venture into the self in order to find inner peace and awareness. It can also bring healing, purpose and meaning to one’s life. I am excited to help people work toward their goals.
